Chicken Salad

2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and cut up

¾ c. chopped celery

2/3 c. mayonnaise

1/3 c. chopped red onion

1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine mayo and lemon juice.  Pour over all the ingredients and mix until dressing covers all.  If it looks too dry, just add more mayo.
