Blueberry Pancakes

2 c. Bisquick Heart Smart mix

1 ¼ c. fat-free skim milk

1 egg

blueberries

 Stir first 3 ingredients until blended.  Fold in blueberries.  Pour by slightly less than ¼ cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.  Cook until bubbles break on surface.  Turn; cook until golden.  (14 pancakes)
