Garlic Mashed Potatoes

8 red potatoes (skins on)

6 cloves of garlic, unminced

1 c. sour cream

4 Tbsp. chopped chives

Salt

Butter

Boil 9 sliced red potatoes (leave skins on) with 6 whole cloves of garlic for 8-10 minutes.  Drain and mash potatoes and garlic with sour cream.  Fold in chives.  Season to taste with salt and butter.
