Brown Spanish Rice

1 1/2 c. brown rice

4 tsp. chili powder

3 c. cold water

3 tsp. garlic powder

2 minced green pepper

2 diced onion

4 Tbsp. salsa

4 peeled and quartered tomatoes

4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Add all ingredients to Crock Pot.  Stir.  Cover and cook on low for 7-10 hours.
