Grandma Larsen's Mints




3 oz. cream cheeze, softened
1/3 cube butter
1 lb. powdered sugar (4 cups)
1 tsp. vanilla or other flavorings (mint, maple, cherry, etc.)
Food coloring to match flavoring

Pinch off a small amount of mixture to make 3-quarter-inch balls.  Shake the balls in granulated sugar.  This will keep them from sticking to the molds.  This makes about 60 mints.
