Shredded Pork Tacos

2 c. Shredded Savory Pork
8 taco shells or four 6-8inch flour tortillas
3/4 c. bottled salsa
2 c. shredded lettuce
1/3 c. finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Sour cream (optional)
1 medium avocado, halved, seeded, peeled, and chopped (optional)

Prepare Shredded Savory Pork.  Place taco shells on backing sheet and heat in a 350 oven for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.  (Or, wrap tortillas tightly in foil.  Heat in a 350 oven about 10 minutes or until heated through.)

Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan combine Shredded Savory Pork and salsa; heat through (add additional salsa, if necessary, to moisten).  To assemble tacos, place pork mixture in a warm taco shells or tortillas.  Top with lettuce, cheese, and olives.  If desired, serve with sour cream and avocado.
